Our manufacturing process begins with casting raw material shaped into the required form.

Once the casting process is done, machining process will follow in order to achieve the primarily accuracy and shape.

And in order to improve the strength and toughness of the wheels, the process of quenching and tempering heat treatment is applied, and this ensures that the wheels can withstand pressure while maintaining reliability over time.

Thereafter, the wheels will be drilled holes and tapped and then go through the final machining process to create a desired shape, size and finish as per the client’s requirements.
